I’m offering a place in a small but very tidy and well-kept flat with a compact layout. There are two main rooms: one is my workspace, and the other is the living/kitchen area. The available space is the room with the kitchen on one side — this will be the main area for the new housemate.

Because of the layout, this works best for someone who is comfortable with a shared-use space rather than needing a private bedroom. It’s a good fit for someone who likes a calm, organised home and is happy with an environment where day-to-day things are done cooperatively.

About the flat:
