Beautiful, spacious modern flat with balcony

A lovely modern 2 bedroom apartment available in Ealing with immediate effect. All redecorated throughout with a shared bathroom.
The flat is in a short walking distance to Hanger Lane, of which provides you access to the Underground for commuting etc.
There is the possibility for a parking permit, please let us know if you require this.
The spare room would be left empty for most of the time. I occasionally require access to the spare bedroom for work, (as we recently relocated up North, and my job is still local in Denham) however this is a maximum of once per week and most the time I end up staying with friends or family to see them in any case! Very occasionally we like to visit London to see relatives around once every three months with our two children, who are both very well behaved and would share our bedroom if staying over - but this is very seldom due to them being in school committed periods.

Please note, the flat is up for sale hence the price point - however we have had no interest or offers and we are not willing to drop the listing price. So if by August, it is not sold - we would be willing to continue on a rental basis. We can talk about this when we meet :)
