Hi! I’m helping my friend look for 2 new housemates for a large 3 bed flat in Hanger Lane, right next to the tube station (Central Line). The flat will be available from the 1st July.

🙋🏼‍♀️ Katie is a 24 year old Aussie and works as a paramedic in London! 🚑 She is super lovely and has lived in house shares for years.

🏡 The flat is fully furnished has 3 bedrooms, one with an en suite and also a shared bathroom. There is a big lounge with a dining room table and big kitchen, and is about to be fully re-painted and re-carpeted. The building also has a concierge at reception, underground parking spaces, and on-site gym! Rent total is £2600 a month which will be split between 3 (this doesn’t include bills)

📍Location: AMAZING TRANSPORT LINKS. the flat is situated directly next to Hanger Lane tube station, literally a 3 min walk away (Central Line). 10 min walk to Picadilly Line (Park Royal station). it’s also only a 10 min bus/ 25 min walk to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth Line) which is a gorgeous high street with a lot of shops. The underground parking is also a bonus if you have a car!
