Double room available in lovely bright, clean flat

Hi,

I have a double room with en suite available from April 1st, in a very lovely 2 bedroom flat in Hanwell. It is furnished but can be unfurnished if preferred.
The room has become available as my flatmate is moving out.
The flat has a clean and bright shared living room and kitchen. There is also access to the garden.
I’m very easy going and friendly and would like to find someone with a similar personality who will take good care of the flat.
Lots of free street parking available.
Great transport links - 5-10 mins by bus to Hanwell overground station, 15-20 mins by 24hr bus to Ealing Broadway which links you to overground trains to Paddington and Heathrow, as well as the 24hr Central line.
No smoking, pets or couples please.
