Double room to rent in spacious 3 bedroom house alongside two lecturers aged 27 & 29 and a VERY cute cat :)

Two reception areas, garden and close travel links, very close to the new Elizabeth Line with free parking directly outside the property. We're looking for someone who is a professional and likes to socialise. The double room looks a lot smaller in the pictures than it actually is, at the moment it fits a double bed, chest of draws and wardrobe. The room overlooks the local church and has a very 'picturesque' view. The room will come unfurnished however if need be we can source a double a bed.
