Spaciuos single bed room, bills included £650

Hi my names Sara and I'm looking for a lodger for my loving family home. The flat is only a 15 minuet bus to the central and district line and also a 15 minuet walk to Hanwell station where you can get the Elizabeth line. We also live a 5 minuet walk to a beautiful public golf course! The room also comes with all bills including wifi.

I'm looking for someone who's kind and friendly who loves pets as I own a cat and my mother who is also currently staying as a live in landlord with our doggo. However she only lives in half of the year and isn't returning till early October.
