**Updated** One very large double room remaining in a peaceful and friendly house share in this beautiful and spacious property in Poet’s Corner, Hanwell (W7). Available from Friday 25th September.

£550pcm, bills not included. The room is part-furnished with a standard double bed and wardrobes. The remaining double are a really good size (4.1m x 3.3m) with plenty of light and a lovely garden view. Bills work out to approx £80-100 per month. Please note that each room is for single occupancy only as the maximum total number of tenants in the house is four. Minimum length of tenancy would be 12 months as the agency usually requires incoming tenants forming a new household to sign for a year.

There is loads of communal space including a living room, separate kitchen/diner and a sizeable garden with shed for storage. There is a downstairs bathroom with shower as well as the main bathroom, plus an additional separate toilet. The house even has a small spare room which has been used mostly for storage by us but includes space for a single bed, so very handy for occasional visitors.

You will be sharing with three professional housemates, 2 female and one male, mid-20s to late-30s. They are busy with jobs and individual interests, but friendly and sociable, respectful of the communal spaces with regard to e. g. cooking and cleaning.

Amenities include broadband (not included in monthly rent), washing machine, dishwasher, garden.

The area feels very safe and is surrounded by parks and greenery and is a few minutes’ walk from local shops including newsagents, cafes, restaurants and takeaways and a great independent bakery, plus there is a large Lidl 15 minutes away on foot.

The house is a 5-10 minute walk to Hanwell station (0.4 miles, mainline GWR at the moment, soon to be the Elizabeth line on Crossrail) with direct trains to Paddington taking 15 minutes. Drayton Green station is less than 5 minutes’ walk (0.3 miles) with trains into Paddington via West Ealing. Ealing Broadway station is about 1.5 miles from the house, with two buses going there directly in about 10 minutes from just across the street.

You really get a lot for your money with this property – we have been living here for over five years and will be sad to move on!
