West London - South facing rear double bed/ensuite

Hi, there’s a double en-suite room to rent in my house. Im flying the nest and its up for grabs. Its a good sized room on the First floor of this 4 bedroom house. The room is south facing, faces the garden and so gets the beautiful weather. There are 4 toilets/en suites. So no one has to share. A lovely bright, clean kitchen and an astro turf garden with some storage in the shed out the back.

There is permit free street parking.
Hanwell train station (5min walk) Paddington - 15mins journey
boston manor (5min bus, 15min walk) Heathrow - 19mins journey
Ealing Broadway (10min bus, 15min walk) Rail, central and district lines

Successful applicant must be good fun, squeaky clean and respectful to the house and current housemates.

The house is very friendly and often sit and do activities together but still allow each other there own space.

All bills are paid monthly and have to be in by the 12th of each month.

The price per month is the majority of bills, it will only be more if gas/electricity or water goes over the meter which hasn’t happened
