1 Double Room

We’re looking for a respectful professional to take over one of my housemates double room in a semi-detached house in Ealing.

The area is quiet and lovely, close to parks with good connections into central London (including new Elizabeth line).

You’d be sharing the house with 3 other professionals, 2 guys and 1 girl. The house has a living room and an extended kitchen which invites to an outside garden.

Looking for a friendly and respectful professional who cleans after themselves. There is a cleaning rota in place too.

One of the housemates has a dog, so you’d have to be okay with having her around when in the kitchen and garden area. She’s 12 years old, sleepy, quiet and overall the loveliest dog.

You’d also have your own bathroom. Because it is downstairs it would be used by any guest when having visits, but nobody would use your shower.

The room is on the first floor facing the inside garden, so it’s quiet and comes with two wardrobes, a double bed with storage and a small chest of drawers/bedside table + another side table.

There would also be space to store a bike if you have it.

Rent: £800 per month.
Bills: vary, about £120-140 (council tax, water tax, Internet & tv and utilities included in this price, might vary on winter.
Moving date: 01/06/24 (slightly flexible to the first days of June)

Hanwell Station — 12 min by bus
West Ealing — 17 min by bus
Ealing Broadway — 19 min by bus
