The house set-up is a live-in landlady with three other female tenants. The landlady travels a lot and is away a lot of the time. She has her own living space in the loft.

Hanwell has a good selection of pubs and eateries and there is are several convenience stores and take-aways within a couple of minutes walk. The Brent River park is about five minutes walk away.
