Lovely double attic room available in Olde Hanwell

Looking for someone to stay in my lovely bright attic bedroom for three months. There may be flexibility on this however!.
It's just myself in the house. I'm an actor, I also work part time as a drama teacher, but can be home quite a bit. The sittingroom is small, and leads directly on to the kitchen, so the sittingroom is for my use only when I'm home but you would of course be welcome to use it, to watch TV or whatever, when I'm not there.. What I'm offering is very much use of the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen rather than a house share as it's such a tiny house! I very rarely have early morning starts though so there shouldn't be bathroom clashes.

The house is 2 mins from a lovely pub, The Fox, which has a great beer garden, and 3 mins to the beautiful Grand Union Canal which is fabulous for walks. Great transport links...13 min walk to the Elizabeth line, and 6 minutes to buses either to Boston Manor tube on the Piccadilly line, or to Ealing Broadway.
For shopping locally, there is a large Lidl 10 mins walk away, a Sainsbury's local 7 mins away and Tesco Express 6 mins away.
Lots of other pubs in Hanwell, nice coffee shops, some good takeaways and the road is very quiet and safe with a villagey feel.
The room would ideally suit an independent, mature and self sufficient person, who doesn't work from home.
