Double room in leafy Hanwell

Hi! I have a double room available from early September in a two bedroom house in the leafy area of Hanwell.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, 2 chest of drawers, a desk and a wardrobe.
The house is a two bedroom, one bathroom and one living room property over two floors. There is also a garden and garage for additional storage if necessary. The room also benefits from a smart room heating system meaning you can heat as desired.

There’s free on street parking and easy connection to central London on either the Elizabeth line or the Central line with plenty of local bus services to Ealing Broadway and beyond.

You’d be sharing with myself, I’m a video editor working in north London, as you can maybe tell films are very important to me and that speaks throughout the house. If you like having a home cinema this is the place for you. In my late twenties, I’m a non smoker with no pets.

I’m looking for a friendly, reliable, tidy house mate to move in around the beginning of September.

While pets including dogs and cats are considered, larger breeds probably aren’t suited to the size of the house.

The room is £900/pcm which includes bills, council tax and high speed internet.
