I have 1 room to rent in a two-bedroom flat in Hanwell (Ealing Borough). It's fully furnished and there's plenty of storage - I've posted pics of both rooms in case you have any preference, I'm easy and wouldn't mind moving to the other room-. You'll be sharing the living room, kitchen, bathroom and a nice backgarden with a 31 yo NHS worker.
It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking for cars. We also have Elizabeth Line 1 minite away (15 mins to Paddington, 22 mins to Farringdon).
Rent is £750 + £80ish (council tax and utilities) per month. If you're a student we'll be exempt from Council Tax until June (I'm studying as well).
I’m looking for someone that doesn't work from home more than two days /week (Mondays and Tuesdays preferably) and is willing to keep the place tidy and clean. Sociable people are welcome.
Current monthly rent secured up until 20th March. This can be extended for another year when the contract is renewed with the landlord.
The new tenant will be asked by the agency to provide right to rent code (non-uk citizens only), passport copy, proof of employment and landlord / agency reference.
