Good sized single room in family home

We have a single room available in a 5 bedroom house. The room is on the top floor and rear-facing, so it’s quiet and private. It has a small double ottoman bed, with storage underneath.

The bathroom is shared with one other female lodger and my family, and there’s a second toilet on the ground floor. There is plenty of space in the rest of the house, including a large living room and a lovely garden.

We are a family of three - me and my two children aged 10 and 12 - as well as a female lodger aged 23 and a male lodger aged 35. The children are with me for half the week; occasionally a grandparent / guest will come to stay. We also have a cat and a dog, both very friendly.

The house is in a great location - the bus stop is 1 minute away and you can take the bus direct to Boston Manor station (Piccadilly Line) in 5 minutes, or it’s a 15 minute walk. Alternatively Hanwell Station (Elizabeth Line) is also a 15 minute walk away. It’s a lovely area, close to the canal and several great pubs, with all the local amenities nearby.

The rent covers all bills, wireless internet, council tax and a cleaner every 2 weeks. We have all the normal things like washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and kitchen storage space. Parking is on-street if you need it, but requires a permit.

We’re looking for a single person (no couples, sorry).
