Double Room and Office studio for rent

I have a double room in the main house and a garden sound proof studio/ office space - which can be used by you as your own personal space. I am looking for a trustworthy, reliable professional, who likes to keep themselves to themselves. I do not want a couple.
I have a Son (10 years old) who lives with me half the time and I travel a lot. I don't have any pets (apart from a Tortoise). The neighborhood is quiet and in the most sort after part of Hanwell.
It is within walking distance to Hanwell station - The Elizabeth line and to Boston Manor - The Piccadilly line.
I am a professional, I am quiet, and tidy. I go to bed early and wake early to go to work.
My house has a lovely lounge filled with plants and has a balcony leading to my very green garden, at the bottom of which is the Office space. A 5 meter by 3 meter space with desk space and shelving. This can be used as your own personal space as well as the double bedroom within the house.
