Looking for a female lodger for a furnished room in a nice house in Hanwell. The bedroom is on the ground floor and the bathroom is shared with the occupants of the house.
No overnight guests.
This is a family house with a child and cats, and is reflected in the price, I work partially from home so ideally would want someone who works in the office during the week.
10 mins walk to Hanwell station on Elizabeth line into Central London - approximately 20 minutes to Tottenham court road, and nearby bus stops to Ealing Broadway, Hanwell, Greenford and Northfields.
Cost includes all bills and council tax. Room is available for a minimum stay of 1 month from August.
