Spacious double w/lots of storage+partly furnished

Hi,
we have a spacious and bright double bedroom available in our 3-person shared house.
The room comes with a large wardrobe and wall-mounted shelves. Double bed with extra storage and chest of drawers can be purchased for a reasonable price.

The house is a 4 bedroom property with a study that can be used for WFH days. Some additional storage across the house. The house itself is fully furnished.
There is a good-sized living/dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher, lean-to with washing machine and dryer and downstairs shared bathroom, which is shared with one other person.
Two bedrooms (Simone's and yours) and the study are on first floor.
My bedroom is on the second floor and has an en-suite.

There is a lovely garden in the back with a shed for bike storage.

We have a shared account for bills and household supplies like cleaning products, loo rolls, basic kitchen supplies etc.
We chip in roughly £150 per month.
That covers all bills incl electricity, broadband (SKY), council tax, etc.
So it's £950 for the room plus £150 for bills etc.

Sky Sport (incl TNT), Sky Entertainment+Cinema, Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+ available FOR FREE.

Off-licences are available within 5min walk. First larger stores are about 20min walk away.

Simone and I are both 41-year old professionals working in media production.
I'm WFH 2 days a week, mainly in my room so the study would be available if you are WFH as well. Simone mainly commutes to Central London.

We are both German-British nationals and have lived together for almost 5 years now.
We are not neat freaks but prefer a reasonably tidy and clean home.

We sometimes have shared meals or lounge on the couch watching a film/show/sports event if our days and interests align. There is no pressure to join in but company is always welcome.
We do respect each others privacies and need to retreat sometimes.

There is some flexibility with the moving day but 1 October would be the latest day.

The landlady is very friendly and would like to meet the new tenant before starting the referencing process.
