Single Bedroom in a 2 Bed Flat, Hanwell

I have a single room available in a 2 bedroom flat that I’m moving to around the 20-22nd of September. It is less than 5 minutes walk from busses, shops and supermarkets, it’s in a beautiful residential area that is 10 minutes walk to Hanwell station and 15 minutes walk to Hanwell zoo and golf courses.
The difference between both rooms is not major, and the living room is massive and it’s unfurnished so we can furnish it together however we like. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge freezer, a washing machine, a hob and oven. The living room, kitchen and the bathroom are shared with only myself.
Im very chill, friendly, and easy going person, I can be quite busy but i’d be looking forward to doing activities together if you’re up for it hehe.
I respect people’s boundaries, and I’m tidy and respectful of communal areas, and I expect the same. My main thing is that the toilet needs to be clean at all times.
