I’m moving out of this lovely ground floor flat after 3 lovely years, and looking for someone to replace me.

The room itself is a cosy double room, with a built in wardrobe space, and a nicely sized bathroom right next to it that is just yours! 🚿

The flat gets so much light, there is a lovely shared kitchen and living room space that has sliding glass doors leading onto the garden. 🪴

The garden is extremely serene, attracts lots of lovely songbirds and is very private, you hear absolutely nothing. 🕊️

The flat is literally round the corner from Hanwell station, (I’ve managed to make it in 3 minutes when rushing in the morning) and there you can get the Elizabeth line into central London in 20 minutes. Suuuuper convenient. 🛤️

You’ll be sharing the flat with two girls who are friendly and definitely put in the effort to make the flat into a home. 🏡

There is a shared tv in the living room which you are free to use and browse all the apps and streaming services your heart desires 📺

The kitchen/living room is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer which is a lifesaver! 🧺

The area is so nice, with many amenities within walking distance. It’s such a calm and peaceful environment, many adorable coffee shops and groceries within a 5 minute walk.
