I’m looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to share this bright, spacious flat from Friday 12th September, W7. You’ll have your own double bedroom with ensuite, plus a large living room with balcony – perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. ☕️🍷

The kitchen’s fully equipped with a washer/dryer, and you’re welcome to use my air fryer, blender, and juicer. Parking is free right outside, with limited gated parking available too. 🚙

I’m a 29-year-old Australian paramedic who works shifts, so you’ll often have the place to yourself. On my days off, I’m usually travelling, catching up with friends, exploring London, or at the gym. I’ve lived here since October 2023 and love it – it’s peaceful, and the neighbours are friendly.

About you:
• Single occupancy only (25–35)
• Friendly, clean, and considerate
• No pets, sorry
• Preferably doesn’t work from home

We’re just a 3-minute walk to buses (E2, E7, E9, E10), taking you to Ealing Broadway in 12–15 mins. From there:
• Elizabeth Line: 17 mins to Tottenham Court Road or 15 mins to Heathrow
• Central & District lines also available

You’ll also have multiple green spaces nearby for running, walking, or picnics, plus Ealing Golf Club is just 0.7 miles away. The local high street offers cafés, pubs, gyms, and shops all within easy reach.
