Bright Attic bedroom available for a month

Hello😊My lovely bright attic bedroom is going to be available for a month from Sept 22nd. The room is at the top of a sweet little house in Olde Hanwell, with stairs leading up to it, so it feels quite private. The bathroom is on the next floor down and shared with just me.
There is a small living room/kitchen. Unfortunately, I can't offer a shared living space as it's just too small, so it's for my use only when I'm at home, but you would of course be welcome to use it to eat meals and when I'm not there. I know this will not suit everyone but it has worked successfully with past lodgers.
There is also a tiny back garden.
The room would really suit someone who is working full time and definitely not working from home.
I'm not obsessively tidy😀 but I do like to keep the kitchen clutter/washing up free and clean, as it leads directly onto the living room. You'd have your own food cupboard and use of half of the fridge and freezer.. There's also a brand new washing machine and a clothes drying rack for your room.
The road is quiet and peaceful and safe and is only a 4 minute walk to the beautiful Grand Union Canal which is perfect for walks or runs or just looking at the ducks☺️. There is a great pub, The Fox, at the end of the road and lots of other pubs within walking distance. There is a Golds Gym 10 minutes walk away.
Transport wise, we are in an excellent position-it's a 14 minute walk to the Elizabeth line at Hanwell,6 minute walk to bus stop for several buses to Ealing Broadway where you can get the Central and District lines, and a 7 minute walk to two buses to Boston Manor Station on the Piccadilly line.
