Hello! We have a king-size bedroom available to rent in our house share. The room has been freshly painted and there’s a new carpet so it’s very clean and fresh :)

Living room with a large dining table and a sofa bed
Big garden with outdoor furniture, a BBQ we love to use, and lots of plants and flowers (including beautiful roses )
Attic for additional storage

Location:
We’re in Hanwell, Ealing (West London).
15 min walk to Hanwell Station (Elizabeth Line - 20min to Bond Street. I walk to this station a few times a week and it's honestly very chill )
15 min bus to Ealing Broadway (Central, District & Elizabeth Line)
Lots of shops, gyms, cafés, and restaurants nearby in Hanwell and Ealing

About us:
You will be living with myself (28) and Karol (male, 26). We both work full time, enjoy socialising but we also like to have our own space.

Rent & availability:
* Rent: £750 (excluding bills, which average around £100- £150 per month depending on the season)
* Deposit: One month rent
* Available now! We’re looking to find someone by 10th November
