The flat sits on the second floor and is fully furnished throughout. You’ll share a well-kept kitchen, living area, and bathroom, and the living room opens onto a small private balcony—great for some fresh air or enjoying your morning coffee. There’s also an in-unit washer for added convenience.
Located in a peaceful neighbourhood with a lovely community park and centre nearby, the flat offers an easy commute: just a 5–10 minute bus ride to Hanwell or West Ealing stations for quick access to the Elizabeth Line and National Rail.
You’ll be sharing with a University of West London student in his final term — easygoing, tidy, and very low-drama. We're looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful of both shared and private spaces to keep the home’s relaxed atmosphere.
I would happily stay here myself, but I’ve recently had a bereavement in my family and need to return home. This is a lease takeover for a tenancy running until August 2026, with the option to renew afterward. Council Tax Band C.
