You will have shared access to:
A fully equipped kitchen (for cooking, eating, and food storage).
Shared Bathroom.
A lovely garden area.
Bills and Wifi included.
Please note: The main living room is not included in the shared areas for this lodger agreement.

The Household: You will be sharing the home with the landlord, who lives there only half the year, and her daughter (me), who lives there full-time. We have 2 cats (Knight and Toothless).

We are looking for a clean, respectful, and professional individual who is comfortable sharing a peaceful home with a resident family.
