You will have shared access to:
A fully equipped kitchen (for cooking, eating, and food storage).
The bathroom.
A lovely garden area.
Please note: The main living room is not included in the shared areas for this lodger agreement.

The Household: You will be sharing the home with the landlord’s daughter, who lives there full-time. The landlord (owner) also resides here for more than half the year. They have 2 cats.

We are looking for a clean, respectful, and professional individual who is comfortable sharing a peaceful home with a resident family.
