Hiiii I've bought my first home so having to move out. The flat is bright, quiet and the girls are fab. We've been there for just over 2 years and I wouldn't be going anywhere if it weren't for me buying. The landlord is great and fixes anything when needed. It's a first floor flat above a cute cafe and there are no neighbours!

Council tax band C, 5 mins walk to lizzie line, easy bus access to piccadilly, central, district lines too. There is also a night bus from central london if it's ever needed.

There are multiple supermarkets, pubs and green spaces a short walk away.

The girls are looking for another clean, friendly professional who likes hanging out but also has her own hobbies and things to do too.
