Spacious Furbished Room In Friendly, Quiet Flat

Hi,

I'm sub-letting my furnished double room for six months (probably permanently) with a king-size bed, two chest of draws and wardrobe situated at the back of a large, spacious, split-level flat.

The flat itself is very well located on the Uxbridge Rd in Hanwell Broadway. It has a huge furnished lounge with SKY TV (including films/sports) + broadband, kitchen, two toilets, one bathroom, double glazed windows. Next door we have a large supermarket, a gastro-pub, a number of other small shops. There's a also a gym (with swimming pool) about 15 seconds walk from the front door.

Transport links are excellent: a bus stop in front of the flat with FIVE buses routes to:
- Ealing Broadway station (5-10 mins)
- Ealing Common station (10 mins)
- Boston Manor station (5 mins)
- Acton, Shepherds Bush (30 minutes), Chiswick and Southall

We are also a 5 minute walk from Hanwell train station.

We're looking for someone who pays the rent+bills on time, is easy to get on with, considerate and cleans up after themselves.

The other two people in the flat are Oliver (31, primary school teaching assistant) and Adam (32, works for consultancy firm). Both lovely people, very friendly, very easy to live with.
