I am looking for a single professional who is looking for a Mon-Friday let. I am the home owner, and am open and friendly.

The room is a large double room, new bed/mattress, double wardrobe, carpet, plantation shutters, wi-fi. The house is a Victorian terrace which has been fully renovated.

Location is in old Hanwell village, quiet, next to canal, near The Fox pub. Boston Manor tube (Zone 4) Piccadilly line 5 minute bus journey with access to central London or Heathrow. Bus-stop 2 minute walk from house. Also, Easy access to Ealing Broadway, 5 minute walk to Uxbridge Road and 10 minute bus journey 6 mins Elizabeth line tube from Ealing Broadway to Paddington. Near to cafes, supermarket, dry cleaners.

Share bathroom/wetroom, which is large and has a great walk in shower and bath and underfloor heating. Kitchen all mod cons, dishwasher , microwave etc. . Nice garden to sit out in. Off street parking, there is a charge from 6pm up to 8pm, no charge after 8pm.
