Good size single room for girl

The room is located in a nice house and lovely area with a huge park / river Thames in the park behind the garden fence. In the room you will find wardrobe with shelve, single bed, small table and drawer chest.
In the house you will find bathroom and separate toilet, living room, nice kitchen with a breakfast bar and 3 bedrooms, large garden with a park behind and very friendly cats and a dog so you need to be allergy free.

The household is occupied by 3 full time working professionals, 2 females and 1 males. Not to forget about cats and a dog so you have to be animal lover or at least not to hate them, to fit in.
Cleaning is always done during the weekend. You can do two ways, if you wish you can contribute to weekly cleaning of the communal area upstairs only which include toilet, bathroom, small hallway and staircase or pay for cleaner £40 a month to do the job for you, that's the only additional cost to the rent but again if you chose not to clean yourself. This can br all arranged with my son.
As the house of occupied by young people, the house is lively but everyone is minding their own business most of the time but if you wish to socialise there is always opportunity for it.

2 strict rules for us is, no sudden visitors in the house, If you wish someone close to you to pop in for a visit do let my son know and we can discuss this but tell him upfront so we can be prepared and see if it suite everyone. Overnight staying visitors is possible for an extra charge as we understand you may have someone from abroad coming to visit or another half.
Second rule - no smoking in the house. You can smoke in the garden but never inside the house.
