It’s a relaxed, quiet and friendly house shared with two other males (including the landlord).

Included is a weekly clean of the room. The room is fully furnished, has super fast broadband CAT6 cabling & a FreeSat connection. The bathroom has a freestanding bath & separate shower (shared with one other, but in practise pretty much exclusive use)

The property is a semi-detached house in the quiet and friendly conservation area of Olde Hanwell, Ealing. Built over three floors, with two bathrooms, plus a ground floor cloakroom, a 50' open plan kitchen / living room opening on to a great garden. The house has all the usuals: super fast wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, etc.

All bills are included in the rent.

Transport links are excellent, especially the Elizabeth line:-

10min walk to Hanwell mainline station for the Elizabeth line.

4min bus ride to Boston Manor (Piccadilly line)

8-10min by bus to Brentford mainline station (useful for Chapham Junction & Waterloo)

18min by bus to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth, Central & District lines)

Olde Hanwell is on the border of Zone 3/4.

The M4 and M40 are both within easy reach

Parking is not an issue with a resident permit.

Living 2mins walk from the Grand Union Canal is a real bonus and the towpath is a great place to walk, run or cycle down to the Thames. The Fox pub is a local landmark and prides itself on serving real ale, good food and they also have a beer garden. There are numerous other local pubs & coffee shops within walking distance, including the Dodo Micro-pub (West London pub of the year).

Amenities: Tesco Express (4mins), Waitrose, Lidl & Sainsbury's are near by. Golds Gym is a 10min walk from the house, there is a 24hrs gym in West Ealing and Nuffield Health in Ealing Broadway.
