One room with en-suite in a two bedroom flat in NW10. Looking for a Single or couple lodger, in a non-smoking flat but with accessible balcony for it.
The other room in the flat is occupied by us, the owners, a married couple with 2 cats. We work outside London, we will stay in the flat from time to time so you’ll basically have the flat for yourself except the other bedroom and bathroom.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and a tv. It has a large windows and underfloor heating. The kitchen has all you need and some space for pantry. There is a bike storage available in the building and car parking space (£83 per year). 10 minutes from Harlesden tube station and very close by the buses 260/266. Most of the shops are 10/15 mins walk distance
Rent is £1500 per calendar month, plus some utilities (electricity and water per consumption) with a deposit of £1500. Available from the 20th of January. For info contact me
