We’re looking for one housemate to join this lovely 4 person home!

The current three flatmates have lived in the property for 3+ years are all young professionals.. They didn't know each other before moving in but now all get on really well and are enjoying living in the house together.

The three already at the property are sociable and open to someone who would want to join in with communal dinners and a glass of wine etc but also happy to have someone who’s a bit more private - as long as you’re a nice human being!

ROOM - Lovely bright double room with a feature wall, shelves, a large cupboard with both hanging space and chest of drawers, and a double bed already included.

HOUSE / LOCATION

Situated on a quiet residential street 3 minutes walk from Wilesden Junction station, the flat consists of the first and second floors of a recently renovated and beautifully furnished Victorian terraced house. The flat consists of an open plan kitchen/living room, shared bathroom, 4 bedrooms and an ensuite. There’s plenty of storage and the living room has French doors opening up to a beautiful view of a tropical garden below.

Harlesden is a bustling neighbourhood full of shops, cafes and local amenities. There are a couple of beautiful parks nearby to the house including Roundwood Park.

TRANSPORT

The house is 5 mins away from both Willesden Junction and Harlesden tube stations. Willesden Junction is a Zone 2 transport hub with access to the Bakerloo underground line as well as 2 x overground branches providing easy access to Central London, Shoreditch/East London, as well as beauty hotspots such as Richmond Park and Hampstead Heath.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The current contract is ending on Jan 1st, however the house mates will be renewing.

Please note this contract will be a singular contract from November 1st till January 1st, when a new shared contract will then be introduced and you’ll have the option to extend for a year.
