Lovely double room in a shared flat

A well kept double room (king-size bed) in a shared flat with the owner. Just minutes away from Willesden Junction (Bakerloo line, Mildmay and Lioness lines plus buses) with connections to the west end (20 mins), Islington (25 mins) Clapham Common (23 mins) Stratford (40 mins) and Euston (17 mins). Central line is 20 mins walk away (Acton North). Shared living space and full access to a garden. All bills included (depending on normal usage). Ideal for a professional looking for easy access to the centre of London and surrounding areas. A few minutes walk to a huge variety of shops. The flat is very quiet and a great hideaway from busy life. I keep myself to myself, but always ready to share a drink, a meal and a chat. Friends are welcome to visit and stay (within reason) either in your room, or on the double sofa bed in the shared living room. Both the kitchen and bathroom are serviceable, but need upgrading - so not luxury. The flat is very 'cosy' (small) so thoughtful tenants only need apply. Will arrange for a cleaner to come every two weeks for the shared areas if needed (additional cost)
