Myself (35F) and my partner (42M) have recently renovated this property to a high standard, and are looking for someone clean, quiet and private to share the space with when we are not here. Our schedules usually take us away from home Tues-Fri, so it’s unlikely you’ll see much of us at all. Obviously this means you have the whole place to yourself, although we would ask that visitors are limited (no overnight stays).

You’ll be renting a bright and airy bedroom which has double doors opening out onto our private garden. This corner of the garden catches the evening sun and is completely hidden from neighbours, so is the perfect spot for an alfresco after-work drink!
Laundry of bed linens will be provided, and there will be space for you to leave clothes/belongings if needed.

Our brand new kitchen is spacious with quartz worktops, top-spec integrated appliances, a Nespresso machine, and air fryer for speedy midweek meals.

The last (and arguably the best) feature of the house is our incredible home cinema setup linked to a Roku (with Netflix/Prime Video etc) which projects onto the huge wall in the living area. You’ll never want to watch a movie any other way!
For bedtime binge watching, there is also a wall mounted Roku TV in the bedroom.
