All kitchen appliances such as fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee machine etc are new. The apartment had a massive roof terrace and a spare room with could be used as storage within reason. Currently flats flatmates are, I’m the landlord 40 years old, I run a consultancy and am very rarely in the house Sophie is studying for a master's in Law and works part-time most evenings.
