Large Double room for rent

Lovely recently decorated large double bedroom.
You’ll be sharing a family home with myself and two children who live here half of the week as I co parent.
We love to enjoy chilled evenings with cooking and movies and have occasional weekend away when we can.
It’s a well loved house and am looking for someone who will respect and look after the house like it’s their own. It’s a friendly home were we like to chill at the same time are a busy working house so are looking for someone who is the same and wants to appreciate the house as a chilled environment to wind down in.
