Room in Harlesden with 2 girls

Hi,

One of our double rooms will be available from the mid November (the contract is for 1 year)

Cosy and small double bedroom (7,82m2), furnished with a bed and closet (may come with a desk as well).

You'll share a big bathroom with the two others tenants.

The flat is arranged over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom & 2 toilets and a large open-plan kitchen/living room. It has plenty of character and the living space is amazing to have people over.
It also has a roof terrace which is perfect to sit out in the summer!

The current flatmates are :
Mariam, 26, is working in finance, she speaks Italian and French.
Deborah, 31, is working in fashion and speaks French.
We love travelling, dancing, cooking, going out and enjoy sharing activities together.
We see the flat very much as a home and are looking for a flatmate who wants the same.
We lived together for the past 4 years but I need to relocate closer to my work.

The flat is well connected - just a 12-minute walk from Harlesden Station (Bakerloo, Overground). It’s situated in a residential area, close to a Tesco express.

About the boring part:
The rent is £712 per month, with around £120/150 for the bills, depending on the consumption.
The deposit for the room is around £808 and held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme as per usual.
The new tenant will have to pay it to me directly.

The renewal is for 1 year til end of November 2025 (with possibility to extend after).

It is through an agency so you'll have to give proof of work/live in UK, earnings, passport....
