Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely flatshare in NW10, London. The tenancy would start from 10th October for 1 month (with the possibility of extending).

👉 There’s also an option to move in earlier from 20th September if needed (with extra costs).

🏠 The flat:
• Spacious, light, front-facing double bedroom
• Upstairs flat with a large open-plan kitchen/living room (2 sofas, dining table, great for socialising)
• Decent-sized back garden (direct access from the kitchen, perfect for hanging out or barbecues in summer)
• Shared bathroom + additional toilet

👥 Flatmates:
You’ll be living with:
• Matt C (27, works in TV/film post-production)
• Matt P (26, software engineer)
Both are easy-going, friendly, tidy, and enjoy playing music together.

💰 Rent & bills:
• Rent: £867/month
• Bills: approx. £100/month (incl. utilities, internet, etc.)
• Council tax: Band C (split between housemates)
• Deposit: £923 (paid to outgoing housemate)

🛒 Extras:
• Tesco and shops within a 15-minute walk
• Excellent transport links: Overground, Bakerloo Line, Jubilee Line all nearby
• Good connections across London

We’re renting through Dexters, who are responsive and helpful with maintenance and inquiries.
