The fine print:
PLEASE NOTE: due to our contract and liability terms, the person who takes up this room will need to be on at least £35,000 salary - this is a key part of the referencing.
Rent is £850 per month. Bills come to around £150 per month. Deposit upon confirmation of referencing will be £981 (not 850 as stated - spareroom won’t allow me to put the actual amount in) paid prior to moving in. This is 5 weeks rent and is held by our property managers.
Available to move in from 21st December pending some referencing checks which are required by the estate agents that manage our property.
