The flat is large, clean, and well looked after. One of the main benefits is the very large private terrace, with open views towards Wembley — great to use in the mornings or evenings.
The Room: Bright double room with good storage.
Shared Space: Open-plan living area and modern kitchen with plenty of space.
Availability: Move-in possible from early February, with the official contract takeover starting in March.
Location & Transport
Around 8 minutes’ walk to Harlesden Station (Bakerloo Line & Overground).
Good bus connections nearby.
Shops, cafés, and essentials are all within easy reach.
Living Setup
You’d be sharing with one other professional (me). I keep the flat clean and relaxed and would like someone similar — friendly, respectful, and comfortable with a calm home environment.
