We are renting a room in our LGBTQ+ friendly household!

We're looking for a respectful and tidy person who will treat our shared space with the same love and consideration that we do.

About the Room & Home:

· A comfortable room in a calm household — it's just the two of us in the other room, so it's peaceful and safe.
· Spacious shared kitchen with all appliances (oven, fridge, washing machine, etc.) freely available — perfect for cooking and sharing the occasional meal.
· A cozy bathroom with a separate toilet for added convenience.
· A spacious living room for you to relax in, watch movies, work from home, or socialize.

The Location:

· Fantastic location just a 5 min walk from Willesden Junction Station (Overground & Bakerloo lines).
· Approximately 30 minutes to Central London.
· Excellent local amenities, shops, cafes, and parks all within easy reach.

What We're Looking For in a Housemate:

· A professional, tidy, and respectful person.
· Someone willing to participate in a simple bi-monthly cleaning rota for communal areas.
· Must be able to provide proof of stable income and two references (a previous landlord reference is ideal).
