Description
I have a spare room I am looking to rent out for short-term lodgers. Available from 16th March.
Ideally it would be Mon-Fri let however I'm open to discuss this.
The room/flat:
Single bedroom in a first-floor 2 bed/1 bathroom flat, with a garden and lovely open-plan kitchen, living, dining room.
The flat is spacious, bright, clean and quiet.
I am in Harlesden, 12min walk from the tube which has the Bakerloo and Lioness Line - 40mins into Central London, Willesden Junction is also a short walk which also has the Mildmay line. There are many buses too! Kensal Rise, Notting Hill and Queens Park are all very nearby (8min cycle). I have a bicycle, and can also accommodate another one in the garden with lockable storage if required.
I have on-street parking on a visitors permit - that can be paid for as and when needed. The fees only apply if you park within 0800-1830 and is free after/before those hours and on a Sunday. It's about £5 for all day parking but much less if you only need a couple of hours.
Living with:
You'd be sharing with me, the owner of the flat. I enjoying cooking, watching films, fitness and whilst I like to have a catch up I also respect each others space and down time. I work in film so I tend to be in the office a lot and travel a bit.
I'm looking for another female, quiet, tidy and friendly. Short term is ideal but happy to discuss of course.
Please let me know if you are interested and we can have a chat to see if it's a good fit!
