Bills are included, Council Tax is included if you are a student, but if this isn’t the case then a £35 charge will be added to the monthly rent.

Harlesden is vibrant area located close to Nottinghill Gate, Queenspark and Kensal Rise. There are excellent public transport links with the Bakerloo and Jubilee line within walking distance. The overland train line is extremely efficient, with connections into Euston, Clapham and even Richmond. As well as these, there is and brilliant bus network, again taking you straight into town. Westfield shopping centre is close by as well as great Gastropubs located along the Harrow Road.
