Double room in 2bed flat 25min to central London

Hello,

I have a room available in my 2 bedroom flat for a short term let - up to 4 months (please ask for details).
I will also consider renting it part time/ a few nights a week (please ask for details).

The flat is in a gated 10 yo building, it's light and spacious, all the furniture and equipment are in a good condition.

The room is good sized with a double bed, a large corner wardrobe, a bedside table and small shelves.

The kitchen is fully equipped - large fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, toaster and many cooking utensils.

There are many food shops around, including a large Tesco and a lovely Roundwood Park 8 mins walk away.

The area is very well connected, Harlesden station (zone 3, Bakerloo line & Overground) is 7 mins walk, Willesden Junction (zone 2, Bakerloo and Overground) 15 mins walk. There is a good connection with the centre (Oxford Circus 30mins) and east/west London on the Overground.

You'd be sharing the flat with myself, a 43 yo professional female, working in finance. I work from home 2-3 days a week and I often travel with work.

I am looking for someone who is working outside the flat and is looking for a quiet place to rest after work.

I am often out myself and I travel a lot, with work and during my annual leave, so we probably won’t cross paths too often and you'd have the flat to yourself a lot.

When I’m home I like to chill, watch tv or cook.

Rent is £850 pcm, inclusive of all the bills.

I'll also need a one month security deposit.
