I am often at home working (I have a studio in the house). My son is almost 20. Intelligent, sensible, sunny, busy with his Law and Anthropology Degree at LSE or working for money, or outside sport; he's a pleasure to be around.
We are pretty busy and like to come home to a haven so it's not a big party house although we are friendly and enjoy company and love to cook.
It's a big house so each room can be nicely private.
There's a beautiful half wildlife/half lawn garden with eating area outside.
Very good neighbours.
No-through quiet road.

We have space for bikes of all kinds.
Harlesden station is 6-10 mins walk from the house, Bakerloo and overland to Euston.
18, 206,224 Buses at end of road, also 260, 266 very near.
Very good Overland train links from Willesden Junction.
Euston station overland directly from Harlesden station is 23 minutes
Harlesden station to Oxford Circus station, 24 mins (12 stops Bakerloo line)
12-15 mins by car to Portobello road outside rush hour.
Keen bicycle riders*****Canal bike lane from 2 minutes away into town is a beautiful ride.****
Good access to motorways M40, M1, M25.
V good food shopping nearby. IKEA 7 minutes.
Gym/swimming pool at Willesden Green.

Monday to Friday or full time.

We enjoy the space being well organised and kept clean to a reasonable standard. The house is a bit of a project so it's not slick but it's very nice to live in and slowly being renovated. We like a friendly, intelligent, considerate environment and have had very happy experience of sharing with lodgers so we look forward to meeting new people.
