Double room available in friendly houseshare

Hello Spareroomers,

I'm Pauline, my housemate Ivan and I will have one room available in our lovely house from August 19th due to our present housemates moving out
(it’s a total of four rooms in the house).

The house itself is big and spacious with a large living, dining and kitchen area.
We get along well, have separate lives but like a chat in the kitchen and sometimes go for a beer.
We work in health and hospitality.

We are looking for people to come join us and are inviting people to come and view the room the week of August the 19th.

We will start viewings Monday 19th of August.

We have great transport links, shops and amenities all within the immediate area and we also have a lovely garden at the back of the house but that's most enjoyed in the summer.
