MON-FRI Quiet charming double room good transport

Please Note - This offer is for FOUR NIGHTS ONLY weekdays. It would suit someone who lives permanently elsewhere but needs to stay close to work MON-FRI or similar pattern. I would consider 3 nights at a reduced rate of £500/month.

Pretty, quiet and cosy double room in our Victorian house in Harringay.

The room is warm and sunny, at the back of the house overlooking the garden and a nature reserve, so is very peaceful. It has a comfortable small double bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. Bedding can be provided, and laundered as necessary.

You will be sharing the house with myself and my adult son.

We have a large well-equipped dine-in kitchen with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and microwave; you will have a storage cupboard and mini fridge to keep your own food in.

There is a beautiful large shared bathroom and also a second toilet/cloakroom downstairs.

The rent includes all bills, broadband and TV licence.

I work from home and would prefer someone who works out of the house.(Occasional home-working is OK.)

Transport links from here are excellent: Harringay station (Great Northern to Moorgate) 6 minutes' walk, Manor House tube (Zone 2) 8 minutes', and Harringay Green Lanes (London Overground Gospel Oak- Barking) 2 minutes. Several buses stop at the corner of the street, allowing you to get almost anywhere easily.

The area is lively and handy for all your needs, with great food shops, restaurants, takeaways, cafés and bakeries, as well as a large supermarket, shopping centre and Pure Gym close by.

Inside, the house feels like an oasis of calm away from London's busyness. We have a small secluded garden, and are close to several local parks and nice walks.
