I am moving out of this spacious double room in Fairfax Road.

The room is right at the top of the property, and shares a bathroom with one other room. There is plenty of hanging space, and shelves and cupboards for all your stuff!

There is also a massive attic so this is ideal for anyone with lots of things to store. The room comes furnished (except the TV).

There is also a sort of half balcony which is nice in the summer.

The house has a communal kitchen / living room which has loads of space for food etc. There are two large fridge freezers too,

There is also a garden / back yard with a BBQ which we have used several times this year.

We are looking for a professional, non smoker and the landlord doesnt want pets, but beyond that not very fussy!
