Cheap, Clean, En-Suite Double Room - Close to Tube

Hi!

We have a nice en-suite double room to offer. The house is on a quiet, nice side street of green lanes, where you can find a large number of very nice restaurants, bars, and international supermarkets.

The tube station "Turnpike Lane", which is served by the Piccadilly Line, is in walking distance (7 min), and takes you in 20 min to Oxford Circus.

You will also have two bus lines almost in front of your door, which take you to central London via Camden or Shoreditch, but that takes obviously a bit longer, depending on the traffic.

Wood Green high street is within walking distance (7 min) and has all important grocery stores (Sainsburys, Lidl, Morrisons, Tesco), shops (JD sports, River Island etc.), a Cinema, and a gym.

You have lots of parks near-by, incl. Finsbury Park (10 min walk), Alexandra Palace (15 min walk), or Lordship Recreation Ground (15 min walk).

Your flatmates will be Juste (a Lithuanian girl working in a charity) and Victor (an Argentian guy who is a mechanic). They are nice and like to socialise, but sometimes they obviously also like to have some time for themselves. :)

Your room has a double bed and a wardrobe (all other furniture on the pictures belongs to me). You will also have your own bathroom (although you have to access it through the hallway, but no one except you is going to use it!).

The room is really cheap and you won't find anything like that in that price range. Bills are usually around £100 per month.

Also, worth mentioning, the agencies of this flat are very nice and always helpful. If there are any issues with your room or the flat, they do everything to get it fixed asap.

I am kind of flexible regarding the moving-in date, you would basically just take over my contract. No agency fees (also not for changing our names on the contract).
