Rent for the room is £655 per month + (up to) £100 for bills (inclusive of standard utility bills, council tax, Internet, weekly cleaner, and household bits and bobs - loo roll, washing powder etc). Bills reduce during the summer months. The deposit is £600.

The house itself is situated along the vibrant Green Lanes between Manor House and Turnpike Lane tube stations. You’ll also be within walking distance of Finsbury Park as well as Harringay overground.
