2 Double Bedrooms in Lovely Warehouse

We have two double bedrooms available from the 15th December in our lovely warehouse flat share.

The flat has a large open plan living room / kitchen area, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a shared deck out front which is great for hanging out.

The rooms will be partially furnished. The rest of flat is kitted out with all the normal mod cons (broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, fully equipped kitchen etc.). If the new housemate wants to add to this and bring their own character into the flat that would be great.

The flat is in the Manor house warehouse area which is really fun and sociable and always has something going on. We know the neighbours very well and dinners, nights out and general horseplay are commonplace. The ideal person for this flat will see this as a good thing!

We want to create a social and friendly atmosphere in the flat but everyone needs quiet time so we want someone who respects other peoples’ privacy and space also.

There are 2 housemates currently - 1 lawyer and 1 student. Between us we have lots of hobbies varying from gardening to rock climbing. We are quite a sporty house and we like to work out and do yoga together from time to time. we're equally likely to grab food and drinks or get out around London though.

The flat is located 10 minutes walk from 3 stations:

- Manor House (Picadilly line)
- Seven Sisters (Overground, Victoria line)
- Stamford Hill (Overground)

There is large Sainsbury’s and retail park 10 minutes walk away. Stoke Newington and Church Street are nearby with nice pubs, cafes and shops or there’s Haringey Green Lane close by for great Turkish food. Finsbury park and Woodberry wetlands and reservoirs are just around the corner and they're both great. There is off-street parking and a locked bike shed.

The Rent is 750 and Bills are on top of the rent and are approx. £55 pcm
